This actually tastes good. Has a more delicate texture than Kashi's "Good Friends". But has the same higher sugar. I guess thats what makes it yummy. Try adding a couple cups of pulverized Weetabix to ordinary brownie mix. A serving size is 1 1/4 cup and the nutrition facts areCalories- 170 Total fat- 1.5 Cholesterol- 0 Sodium- 320 Potassium- 310 Fiber-11 Sugar-10 Protein- 6 Thats the general things you need to know. The ingredients are : Organic whole wheat, Organic whole wheat bran, Organic dehydrated cane juice, organic hull fiber, organic barely malt extract, organic oat bran, sea salt, baking soda and annatto. The cereal holds up well in non-dairy milk and isnt too sweet although it has a slightly high amount of sugar. I enjoy it and will continue to order more. |
