Almost all other cereals including so-called "healthy" high fiber ones have HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP as one of the principle ingrediants.HFCS is suspected of contributing to metabolism disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated triglycerides, heart disease and obesity. It's present in MANY manufactured foods and beverages, but NOT in Organic Smart Bran.
