It's very lightly sweet with wheat, corn and rice flavors. Very crunchy at first, then gets a little soggy, but still tastes great. It's also organic and not loaded with sugar. Since it's one of my favorites, 5 stars. We started eating it about 8 months ago and hardly ever tire of it. We call it "squares cereal" for short. It's nice to find it here at a great price (although i've noticed that the price fluctuates a bit).
